DIRECTION OF MIXING :

Apply ULTRA BOND EPOXY EX-150 with a Trowel. For thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 5 mm, use a steel trowel or height-adjustable steel spreader. For thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm, the material should be spread out onto the floor using a flat-edged trowel. When the desired film thickness is obtained, pierce the coating with a spiked roller to avoid air bubbles.

INSTALLATION:

The temperature of the substrate should be minimum -10° Celsius and at least 3 °Celsius above the dew point of the air measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Proper ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure drying of ULTRA BOND EPOXY EX-150. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 4%. The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals, or mechanical stress until fully cured.

 PRECAUTION:

ULTRA BOND EPOXY EX-150 is used for professional use only. The applicators and operators shall be trained, experienced, and have the capability and equipment to mix/stir and apply the coatings correctly and according to Ultra Epoxy technical documentation. Applicators and operators shall use appropriate personal protection equipment when using this product. Please observe the precautionary notices displayed on the container. Use under well-ventilated conditions. Do not inhale spray mist. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Avoid skin contact. If there is any spillage on the skin, remove it immediately and clean the area with cleaner, soap, and water. In case if any of the products accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call for medical assistance urgently.

APPLICATION AREAS:

ULTRA BOND EPOXY EX-150 is a three-component solvent free amine cured epoxy coating. It is a high-performance self-leveling product that leaves a smooth surface. It is flexible, impactful and slip-resistant. It uses the system when enhanced slip resistance is required. ULTRA BOND EPOXY EX-150 is to be used as mid-coat as part of a complete system, in atmospheric environments and is suitable on approved primers on concrete substrates.
