Product Description

COVERAGE:

Ultra BOND JOINT FILLER EX-20 is available in sealed packaging bags (10kg/Box) with 20 colors. It covers approximately 100sq.m/Box when applied at 2 mm average thickness on 60X60 tiles.

DIRECTION OF MIXING :

Mix 10 Kg of Ultra BOND JOINT FILLER EX-20 with 2.3-3.0 litres of water to obtain a smooth thick consistency. Allow the mixture to settle down for 10 minutes before using it. To mix the additive with water, use a slow speed handheld electric drill with a suitable paddle.

Tile grouting can begin only once the tile glue/adhesive is dried out completely. Tile joints need to be cleaned and made free from standing water, grease, and any other adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed from the surfaces or joints by mechanical means. Before applying Ultra BOND JOINTFILLER EX-20, pre-wet the tile joints. Protect the tile additive from direct exposure to sun, wind, and rain during application.

PRECAUTION:

The tile adhesive, Ultra BOND TILE JOINT FILLER EX-20 contains cement powders. When it’s mixed with water, it releases alkalis that are harmful to our skin. Hence during the process, extreme ventilation is suggested in those areas. While handling the product, hands and eyes are to be protected using gloves and goggles. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. In emergencies, take medical assistance without wasting time. Ensure the availability of the product container for examinations of any relevant instructions and content details.

INSTALLATION:

Apply Ultra BOND TILE JOINT FILLER EX-20 to the tile joints using a rubber spatula, compressing the grout gently into the tile joints. After the application, remove the materials on the surface using a dry cloth. Tile grouting is always taken place following all the relevant standards and codes of practice. Cured materials are to be removed mechanically with proper tools. Clean the tools with water after each use.
