PRODUCT COMPOSITION AND USAGE:

Ultra Fill Cement Wall Primer is a specially formulated value for money acrylic primer ideal for places experiencing dry climate and normal rainfall. It may be applied on plasters, concrete and other masonry surfaces. The masonry surfaces should be fully cured, dry and free from loose materials. Ensure that the surface is painted and not exposed to continuous seepage of water or prone to efflorescence.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Surface preparation:

Remove paint, dirt, loose particles from the surface to be painted using wire mesh. Fill up minor cracks with crack-seal putty. Cracks larger than 5mm should be filled with cement work. Let the surface dry completely. Check the moisture content of the substrate. It should be below 12% for superior performance of the primer. It depends on many factors like surface conditions, surface preparation, application skill, weather conditions, dilution etc. The coverage mentioned is under ideal conditions and will vary depending on site conditions. Coverage on different surfaces takes into account of coefficient as per IS-1200.

Method of spray, brush or roller application after suitable dilution

RECOMMENDED DILUTE

• l Ltr of primer dilution with up to 1 Ltr of water depending on required consistency.
• Shake well before use and do not over dilute Strain the material through a fine sieve before use
• Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying
• Please keep out of reach of children and away from foodstuff
