COVERAGE:

Ultra BOND PREMIUM EX-350s 1 bag contains 20 kg/ 3.72m² in 3 mm thickness.

DIRECTION OF MIXING:

Mix 20kg of Ultra BOND PREMIUM EX-350 with 5 liters of clean water and stir well until a creamy and a lump-free smooth compound is obtained. Make the surfaces free from dust and any greasy substances as it reduces the bonding strength. During the process at the site, the quantity of water shall be adjusted to get the desired consistency. Stir well to get the homogeneous paste. Allow tiling to set for 24 hours before grouting or any foot-traffic. It can be done by hand or slow speed electric drill with a speed of less than 300 rpm.

INSTALLATION:

Apply Ultra BOND PREMIUM EX-350 on the substrate around 1 m² at a temperature of 23°C within 25 minutes. lt is good to keep a minimum of a 2mm gap around the tiles. After 25 minutes, an outer skin forms, preventing the tile from adhering with the adhesive properly. So any adjustments on the tiles shall be done on or before the open-time. Grouting of the tile joints shall be done after 24 hours only using Ultra Joint Filler EX-20. Cured materials are to be removed mechanically with proper tools. Clean the tools with water after each use. Selection of Proper Type of Notched Trowel: Use a notched trowel to have a uniform thickness of a minimum of 3mm.

PRECAUTION:

The tile adhesive Ultra BOND PREMIUM EX-350 contains cement powder. When it’s mixed with water, it releases alkalis that are harmful to our skin. Hence during the process, extreme ventilation is suggested in those areas. While handling the product, hands and eyes are to be protected using gloves and goggles. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. If needed, take medical assistance without wasting time. Ensure the availability of the product container for examinations of any relevant instructions and content details.

APPLICATION AREAS :

PREMIUM EX-350 is a polymer-modified cement-based quick set tile adhesive specially designed for heavy-duty applicants for fixing ceramic & vitrified tiles, marbles, granites, slabs, natural stones and large size tiles on interior floor and wall surfaces. This superior grade cementitious mortar is especially used for installing tiles on tiles. Not recommended for the exterior with direct sunlight.

PREMIUM EX-350 can be applied on the back of installation areas to ensure full adhesion for all heavy-duty surfaces for exceptional performances.
