DIRECTION OF MIXING :

Shake the liquid component to a homogenous milky colour well before mixing. Transfer the entire liquid component into a suitable clean mixing vessel and gradually start adding the powder components. Mix everything with a stirrer using a pneumatic tool or an electric-powered tool (kw) at slow speed at 250-300 rpm for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain homogeneous & uniform free-flowing slurry.

INSTALLATION:

Apply the slurry coat of mixed materials for two coats at a coverage rate of 1.5 kg/m2 over the set concrete slab with a masonry brush or appropriate power spray equipment. Apply two coats of mixed slurry to the concrete set at 1.5 – 2kg/m2 with masonry brush, roller, or with appropriate power spray equipment. In all the applications where two coats are specified, apply the second coat only when the first coat is completely dried. Protect the treated areas from direct sunlight, and it should be damp cured by covering with a hessian cloth or with some other similar system.

PRECAUTION:

ULTRA BOND PROOF EX-2000 is an alkaline and should not come into contact with skin or eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing. Wear gloves, goggles, and dust masks while handling the product. Any contact with eyes should be washed immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.

APPLICATION AREAS :

ULTRABOND PROOF EX-2000 is a newly developed formula based on acrylic cementitious protective coating for water proofing of RCC roofing and bathrooms. It forms seamless, durable membranes with excellent waterproofing protection. ULTRABOND PROOF EX-2000 provides a vapour and waterproof membrane to water excluding structures and protects concrete from attack by aggressive ground salts. It is an environment-friendly, non-toxic waterproof coating with strong adhesion properties.

Reseal all containers after use and ensure the product is stored as instructed on the safety section of the labeling. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. In case any of the products are accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call for medical assistance urgently.
