Ultra bond pu water proof EX 4000 is a single component, liquid applied, elastomeric polyurethane coating for waterproofing of concrete surfaces. Ultra bond EX 4000 provides excellent resistance to moisture, water, and salts penetration into concrete and masonry surfaces. Ultra bond EX 4000 exhibits high elasticity, excellent bond and forms a film of exceptional strength and flexibility that prevents peeling, fungi/algae growth, future cracks and water seepage. The cured membrane has good crack bridging properties.
