HYDROLOCK BASE COAT EX 4200 is used as a liquid applied damp proofing membrane in Sandwich construction in which latex film is protected during its intended lifetime. HYDROLOCK BASE COAT EX 4200 is a black pigmented compound, designed for use as a liquid applied membrane. The product has a bluish black colour but will turn into a black membrane when drying.
