DIRECTION OF MIXING :

Clean the surface thoroughly using a pressure motor or wire brush and remove all loose materials. The surface must be free from dust, grease, and oils, in extreme cases a mechanical roughening is recommended and a priming coat is necessary. Add 2.5ltr.water with 5kg ULTRABOND PROOF EX4000 and stir it to get a lump-free paste. Apply the second coat after 24 hours with 2 Iitres of water with 5kg ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000 and apply to 24 hours of the first coat, then the third coat with 1.5 ltr water with 5 kg ULTRABOND PROOF.

INSTALLATION:

The surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting. Finally, do the vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids if required. Fill all the surface separation cracks up to 5 mm width with mortar.

ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000 is alkaline and should not come into contact with skin or eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing. Wear gloves, goggles, and dust masks. Wash immediately with clean water and seek medical advice if there is any contact with the eyes. Do not dilute ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000. Do not apply when the ambient temperature is below 10°C or above 45°C. Do not apply ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000 in direct sunlight or during a rain. Adhesion property may get affected by poor quality putty and very smooth surfaces.

APPLICATION AREAS:

ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000 is composed of high-quality acrylic emulsion polymer, light fast & weather durable pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers, many additives & water as a medium. It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings because it forms higher film thickness, has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack-bridging ability, weathering durability, and excellent resistance to the growth of microorganisms. ULTRABOND PROOF EX-4000 is suitable for steam room waterproofing and sewage treatment plants. It forms seamless, durable membranes with excellent waterproofing protection. It is an environment-friendly non-toxic waterproof coating that provides strong adhesion.
