SURFACE PREPARATION:

All Surfaces should be between 40°F14°C) and 90°F (32°C) temperature. It should be free from all dirt, oil, grease and loose sand particles. If it is an old painted wall/lime washed wall then first scratch the old surface. Dry and absorbent surfaces should be moistened/pre-wetted with clean water.

MIXING:

Use approximately 8 to 10 L of fresh water for 20 kg Ultra FILL WALL PUTTY. Water to Powder ratio is approx 2:5. Mix thoroughly till uniform paste forms. Allow paste to slake for 5-10 minutes. Adjust consistency if necessary. Remix and apply with putty blades.

APPLICATION: 

Apply two coats of Ultra FILL WALL PUTTY on the substrate with maximum total thickness of 1.5mm with the putty blades. Ensure that the second coat application is done when the first coat is totally dried or after minimum 3 hours. Always prepare a required quantity of putty paste and use it within 2-3 hrs. To remove unevenness or application mark and to make glossy surfaces before applying paint, use waterproof emery paper more than 500 number.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not directly apply on the fungus and moss affected areas. .
• Do not apply directly on the dust, loosely bonded particles, oil or grease affected surfaces.

Note: Surfaces must be two coated cement and smooth plaster, structurally sound and stable.

DESCRIPTION:

Water resistant white cement based wall putty ideal to use on plaster, concrete walls and ceilings.Designed especially for interior and exterior surfaces. Highly water resistant skim coat which smoothens the surfaces of plaster, ready for subsequent painting work.

CAUTIONS:

Though it contains non toxic material but still care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, flush thoroughly with plenty of water.

Do not take it internally. Avoid breathing dust. • Keep out of reach of children.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE:

12 months if unopened.Store in a damp proof covered shed or a godown.

PRECAUTIONS:

Do not apply the material without pre-wetting the surface for the first coat. Ensure the material is mixed homogeneously with water and allowed to sit for 5-10 mins before the application. Do not sand the material vigorously with Emery Paper, otherwise it will reduce the strength of the material. Do not apply the material to fill cracks. Though the material is non-toxic, measures should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling.
