Polymer modified, thin bed and middle bed adhesive for application of ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and natural stones for floor in interior applications.

COVERAGE:

ULTRA BOND CLASSIC EX -320’s 1 bag contains 20 kg/ 3.72m² in 3 mm thickness.

DIRECTION FOR MIXING:

Mix 1 bag (20 Kg) of Ultra BOND CLASSIC EX- 320 with 5 to 5.5Liters of clean water and stir well to get a perfect combination of the creamy plaster mixture. Just keep this mixture to slake for 5-l0 minutes and mix before use. It can be done by hand or slow speed electric drill with a speed of less than 300 rpm.

INSTALLATION:

To apply the adhesive Ultra BOND CLASSIC EX-320, keep the surface well cleaned, free of dirt, oil, grease, curing compounds, foam release agents, or loose plaster and paint. For better economic purposes, the surface level with the proper measurement is as shown: Walls 3mm in 2.5m, Floors 1.5mm in 1.0m.

Wet the surface and remove all the excess water and apply Ultra BOND CLASSIC EX-320 adhesive. Prevent any direct hit of sunlight in the area. Apply the tile adhesive with the flat side of the trowel using a scraping motion for good contact with the surface. Apply and spread the mortar with a pointing trowel. When installing large tiles, the surfaces get pasted with this adhesive additionally onto the back of the tiles.

Always clean the rear face of tiles (especially Porcelain tiles) with a damp sponge to clear the dust. Do not saturate them in the water.

Selection of proper type of notched trowel: Thin Tiles up to size 300 X 300 mm (1×1)- use a square notched trowel of size 6mm X 6mm to provide a total thickness of 3mm.

Large Porcelain Tiles up to 450 X 450 mm with ribs – use a square notched trowel of size 6mm X 6mm (and back butter the tiles with the same adhesive with a thickness of 1- 1. 5mm) to provide a total thickness of 4.5mm.

Large Porcelain Tiles up to 600 X 600 mm (2X2) with ribs – use a square notched trowel of size 6mm X 9mm (and back butter the tiles with the same adhesive with a thickness of 1-1.5mm) to provide a total thickness of 6mm.

PRECAUTION:

With all chemical products, perhaps you should exercise necessary caution. Make sure to use protective clothing such as gloves and goggles handling chemical products. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. In case any of the products accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call for medical assistance urgently. Ensure that the product container is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and content details.
