DIRECTION OF MIXING:

Ultra BOND Ex-550 Stucco Filler is ready mix plaster with high quality polymer additive, cement and graded filler. Designed for the use with water to produce superior strength, water retaining that meets and exceeds the required Standards. Mix the Self Leveling Compound in the mixing drum, add 9 of 10 parts of the water required to mix the compound according to the directions on the compound bags. 2 bags of compound will level an average garage floor. Attach the mixing paddle to the power drill and turn it on. Have your assistant pour the compound mix into the mixing drum slowly to avoid lumps. Mix up only as much compound as you can apply in 20 to 30 minutes. Once the compound is evenly blended, add the remaining water slowly as you may not need it all. Continue stirring with the paddle for 2 more minutes to smooth the self leveling compound.

INSTALLATION:

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance, etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed. Other systems may be specified, depending on area of use. Contents of packaging with different batch numbers must be mixed before use. APPLICATION AREAS :

UltraBOND EX-550 STUCCO FILLER is an acrylic polymer based putty. UltraBOND EX-550 provides an excellent base for subsequent coats. It’s used with cement plaster, concrete, black work, rendered surfaces, gypsum board, etc. The substrates should have sufficient strength to receive the paint. Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pinholes, etc. should be rectified/filled before starting painting.

Please observe the precautionary notices displayed on the container. Use under well ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale mist. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention shall be sought immediately. Shelf Life: UltraBOND EX-550 Stucco Filler must be stored following national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed. Handle with care.
