U PVC SOLVENT EX-800

INSTALLATION:

Cut required PVC pipe squarely, chamfer (15 degrees), and deburr. Insert the PVC pipe into the fitting and mark depth. Clean both surface ends thoroughly with Pasteit Cleanser and clean tissue paper. Apply an even layer of adhesive (thin layer on fitting, thicker on the pipe) in an axial direction with a brush.

Assemble the parts within 4 minutes (at 23°c) without turning and hold firmly for a few seconds. Wipe off excess adhesive. The assembled joint should not be disturbed for 5 minutes (below 100C, 15 mins.). For better results, put the pipe into use after one hour. Do not forget to replace the cap tightly after use. After carrying out any welding work, PVC pipes should be filled with water, rinsed, and flushed thoroughly.

PRECAUTION:

Ultra BONDEX 800 is a solvent-based adhesive. All precautions must be necessarily taken while handling. It is a flammable liquid, so avoid excessive heat and sparks and do not smoke while applying. Adequate ventilation is to be ensured during the application of the adhesive.

Make sure not to inhale the vapours. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Store it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, direct flame, heat, and moisture.

APPLICATION AREAS :

UltraBOND EX 800 is a specially formulated solvent based adhesive used for cementing and joining pipes complete curing. UltraBOND EX 700 meets the requirements of International Standards such as BS and ASTM. Grey PVC is suitable for the use on PVC pipes and fittings up to 12 inches. UltraBONDEX 700 is excellent for irrigation, electrical conduit, pool , spa and plumbing, including PVC foam core pipe. Weld-On 700 is for the use on all types of PVC plastic pipe applications.
