POLYMER MODIFIED ADHESIVE

Polymer modified, thin bed and middle bed adhesive for application of ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and natural stones on wall & floor in interior applications.

COVERAGE:

ULTRA BOND WALL MAGIC EX 390s 1 bag contains 20 kg/ 3.72m² in 3 mm thickness.

QUANTITY & DIRECTION OF MIXING:

Add 5 liters of clean water with 20 kg of ULTRA BOND Wall Magic EX 390 and stir well until a lump-free compound is achieved. Make the surfaces free from dust and any greasy substances as it reduces the bonding strength. During the process at the site, the quantity of water shall be adjusted to get the desired consistency. Stir well to get the homogeneous paste. Allow tiling to set for 24 hours before grouting or any foot-traffic. It can be done by hand or slow speed electric drill with a speed of less than 300 rpm.

INSTALLATION:

Apply Ultra BOND WALL MAGIC EX-390 on the substrate around 1 m² at a temperature of 23°C within 25 minutes. lt is good to keep a minimum of a 2mm gap around the tiles. After 25 minutes, an outer skin forms, preventing the tile from adhering with the adhesive properly. So any adjustments on the tiles shall be done on or before the open-time. Grouting of the tile joints shall be done after 24 hours only using ULTRAPOXY EPOXY GROUT/Ultra Joint Filler EX-20. Cured materials are to be removed mechanically with proper tools. Clean the tools with water after each use.

PRECAUTION:

The tile adhesive Ultra BOND WALL MAGIC EX – 390 contains cement powders. When it mixes with water, alkalis are released, which harm our skin. Hence during the process, extreme ventilation is suggested in those areas. When products are handled, protect hands and eyes using gloves and goggles. Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. For any emergency situations, medical assistance should be taken without wasting time. Ensure the availability of the product container for the examinations of any relevant instructions and content details.
