DIRECTION OF MIXING:
Carry out the mixing in an efficient concrete mixer – a pan type mixer is recommended. Pour the required quantity of sand and cement and premix for approximately one minute. Pour the required quantity of Ultra FILL EX- 303 SBR LATEX and mix for two minutes. Add the water slowly until the required consistency is achieved. Avoid adding excessive water which will result in segregation and bleeding.
INSTALLATION:

Carry out the laboratory trials before concreting on site, especially when using a new mix design or producing new concrete components. Cure the fresh concrete properly as early as possible. When using Ultra FILL EX-303, a suitable mix design has to be taken into account and also do trials with local material sources. Don’t add Ultra FILL EX-303 to dry cement. Excessive water addition or overdosing may cause bleeding or segregation. If frozen or precipitation has occurred, use Ultra FILL EX-303 after thawing slowly at room temperature followed by intensive remixing.
PRECAUTION:
Ultra FILL EX-303 is for professional use only. The applicators and operators shall be trained, experienced, and should have the capability and equipment to mix/stir and apply the coatings correctly and according to technical documentation. Applicators and operators shall use appropriate personal protection equipment when using the product. Please avoid contact with the eyes, as it could cause irritations. Flush with copious amounts of clean water if it affects the eyes. For information and advice on the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemical products, users shall refer to the most recent Material Safety Data Sheet containing physical, ecological, toxicological, and other safety-related data.

Shelf Life: ULTRA FILL EX-303 has a shelf life of 18 months when stored in normal dry conditions. Reseal the container after use and ensure the product is stored as instructed on the label.
